These terms apply when you book a cleaning with PROSHINECITY Cleaning, serving Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island, NY.
Prices shown on the site are starting prices for the listed home size and service type. The final price can vary based on number of bathrooms, pets, and the condition of the home, and will be confirmed with you before the appointment.
A $50 fee applies to cancellations or rescheduling requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If we're unable to access the property at the scheduled time through no fault of ours, the cancellation fee above may apply.
We take care to clean your home safely and carefully. Please let us know in advance about any fragile, valuable, or special-care items. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this page.
